Policy and Procedures Guidance

The school and the Governing Body work together to ensure our policies and procedures are in place and are monitored in accordance with our legal requirements and statutory responsibilities. We have an established  review cycle in place in order to regularly monitor any policy amendments which may be necessary or to update policies and procedures in line with any legislation changes. The timescale between policy reviews is variable and there is no requirement for the majority of our policies to be reviewed annually. However, as best practice the school and the Governing Body do strive to conduct an annual review wherever possible. Please note therefore that any dates attached to the policies listed generally reflect the date they came into effect and do not indicate their expiration date.
